Where can I, as a professional / provider, access reflective supervision / consultation?

Jul 2, 2025 | Quick Answers

Free reflective consultation groups provided by the Center for Autism and Early Childhood Mental Health:

  • Reflective Supervision/Consultation [RSC] is the regular collaborative reflection between a service provider and prepared reflective consultant that builds on the professionals’ use of thoughts, feelings, and values within a service encounter to enhance the professionals’ work with others.
  • Our Reflective Consultation groups meet bimonthly for 2 hours each session for 12 sessions, providing 24 hours of Reflective Consultation.
  • All facilitators have been trained and vetted by the New Jersey Association for Infant Mental Health to provide RSC that is required for the NJ-AIMH Endorsement (www.nj-aimh.org/endorsement).
